How to deport my spouse ?

Got married year before & sponsor my spouse under family class for Canada. Spouse came here but due to Some problem couldnot stay together & I didn't make any accomodation so far,keep myself away from spouse & don't want to take care too.
I want to cancel sponsorship of my spouse.
How it is done.What is effect on.

Sorry to hear anout that but there isnt much you can do. Just hope your spouse doesnt go on social assistance otherwise you will have to pay the bill in the end. Under the new conditional PR law maybe they deport your spouse but it is still a new law and we dont know what will happen in those cases like yours. If they find out you didnt live together for 2 years they might deport your spouse. So many of these cases will fall thru the cracks because to many to control or monitor. Even if you report this not much can be done.

Only CIC/CBSA can deport your spouse, not you. If you report the circumstances to them, they make the decision, and they may not even tell you what that decision is, or why. If they decide not to proceed, you are stuck with the sponsorship undertaking... Period.
