How to demonstrate matching duties to Noc duties

I applied for Novascotia under express entry stream , last July, and they requested new information as following:
Please demonstrate that your work experience meets the description in the NOC 2011 by matching the duties listed in your letters of reference to the duties listed in the NOC 2011 description of your intended occupation, NOC 2171 Information systems analysts and consultants.

So question : company or me should write this demonstration, and if any one have same noc code (Application consultant/analyst) please help with the same
