How to create Ontario application for FSWP - Non French speaking ?

Hello,
I had received an "Express Entry - Provincial/Territorial Interest Letter" from Ontario draw held on July06, 2023, but I do not see any application fitting my role.
My NOC is 21231 - Non French Speaking but the FSWP application that can be created on the Ontario portal is of French Speaking "Ontario's Express Entry French-Speaking Skilled Worker Stream"

Any help is appreciated .

This was resolved. Select Human Capital Priority Steam and then FSW
