How to create a proper SOP

hello guys,
I am 27 years old, having an aviation diploma after 12 grade, and i have been working with an airline for 6 years now. I searched for a diploma program in toronto and got my acceptance letter from the college. There is not even a month left for the classes to start and im yet to apply for the visa, now that im about to apply i find that the chances of my visa getting rejected is very high because of the gap i have in studies. I cannot take chances, the agency told me that my chances of a visa is very low, i told them that ill create my own SOP.
Someone please help me with what i should mention in the SOP that would get the chances of my visa getting passed into atleast hopeful. Urgent please.
