Re: a foreign national who was convicted and who served time in his European country, I need to know what one should put on line 15 of this form, under "sentence" and "statute". Is a general statement of the sentence okay here, like "5 years for shoplifting"? Under "Statute" does he need a specific statute number from the country in question? He is a friend who has family in Canada and who remained in Canada for several years as a Temporary Resident prior to serving time in Europe. Thanking you in advance!
