thanks for your reply.. in fact, it was not a matter of trust or anything like... that page you referred was known to me earlier but their i DO NOT believe the websites of Middle East as i have been living here for over 6 years... most of the cases, their websites are not updated plus their rules get changed without any publication ... and also, their procedures mentioned in the website don't match with people went their physically/by courier to get PCC ...

that's why i want to KNOW/HEAR from someone who collected VERY RECENTLY ...
