There is no way for u to check yr status, all u can do is just sit tight and wait for the email that Sydney (CIO) will send u or thru mail, mostly thru email, so sit tight and wait then. Usually takes 2 mths or more.
'abelkwh' is right. Only after u get ur 'file no.' that u can check ur e-cas on the CIC website. Nothing else before.
