How to check an e-verify company in Canada?

Hello Experts,

I was trying to find if a company is e-verified in Canada similar to what we have in US. Could someone please tell if there is a website or means where I can check whether a corporation in Canada is legitimate so that I can accept a job offer from them?

e-verify even in the US has nothing to do with whether a company is legitimate or not. It only means they can use the everify system to check employee's work authorization status.

There may be something like BBB (better business bureau) in Canada.

Thanks @lampbreaker ! I did check on BBB and couldn't find any info about this particular corporation. They did ask me to fill td1-19e form which asks for my SIN in that. That's why little concerned about accepting that offer.
