Right now I am in Canada with a visitor visa which length of stay will be finished on 5 Nov.
An employer of an engineering company would like to support me to get my work permit.
I am having an engineering degree from India and having more then 15 year experience in industrial design.
Please suggest me best way to stay in Canada.
The employer will need to put in an LMIA application , pay 1000 CDN, advertise the job for some months to ensure no resident available. This is likely to take a lot longer than November into early next year so you will need to maintain legal status if you intend to stay in the country but no guarantees either being able to stay or getting an approved LMIA.
Assume you have looked into express entry or PNP as well

Can my employer will apply my work permit through IMP, though I comes in class 0 or A ?
This is a 2 week process.

Which LMIA exemption category does the job fall under?
Based on the information you've provided so far, the job is not LMIA exempt and your employer would have to go through this process first which typically takes 4-6 months.
If your employer have an pre-approved LMIA then you can go to the border and get your work permit within few hours or you can find some other employer with pre approved LMIA.

Not from India.
You can still do flagpole if you are from India with a valid visitor visa lots of guys already did that with pre approved LMIA.

In this particular situation I believe you have to apply for WP but I could be wrong.

The only difference is applying online could take upto 3 months and with flagpolling it should be done within few hours
Yes, you can flagpole, but there's always the risk of getting denied. Still, worst case (usually!) is they will tell you to go back and apply through the normal process.
You do need an approved LMIA though, which OP doesn't yet have.
