Raise a webform and say that you want to change your spouse to accompany. Your scores will be recalculated and if you are above the CRS cut-off, your application will move to next steps - else, your application will be rejected as you'll fail minimum entry criteria (based on your CRS cut-off).

It will be the CRS cut off score of the draw your got your ITA in.
