I have been a Canadian PR, while maintaining due RO, prior to granting of US Citizenship in 2011.
The current nationality on PRC is Syrian, and I would like to amend and update it to American.
(Reason for such is difficulty of Syrian passport renewal given embassy closures, difficulty in dealing with Syrian government staff.)
