How to calculate size of Family Unit

Hello,

My mother-in-law currently lives with us whom my husband alone have sponsored, I was not the co-sign on her application. I should still count her on my application to sponsor my parents. My husband is not going to co-sign my application to sponsor my parents. What would be my Family size?

Me+Spouse+2 kids+2 parents to be sponsored = 6
OR
Me+Spouse+2 kids+2 parents to be sponsored + mother-in-law = 7
