How to calculate processing time

Hello everyone,

When using the tool for processing time calculation for work permit at:

https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...vices/application/check-processing-times.html

Which country need to be selected? The country where we applied (residency) or the country where application is being processed (Visa office).

I applied from Pakistan and my application is processed at Canada office in Abu Dhabi

Ignore these processing times, they aren't correct or helpful in anyway.
I applied for an LMIA-based work permit in March 2020. Everything was completed before the closure of Canada borders. Still haven't received any updates.
Pakistan citizen, based in UAE.

My query is just related to the using of this tool correctly. I am not concerned over the duration it shows.
