My PR application is accepted and i am planning to come to canada soon,
How can i bring money and how much should i bring for immigration purpose?

I have a brother in USA and can i get a bankers check or certified check from him from a USA bank.

you can bring cash if you like. i think permissible is $10,000. you can carry that in your hand baggage. check with customs in your country.

Yes, you can carry cash and dd. As for gold, you can add that in your B4 and show it to the border officer for tax exemption.
