How to bring a baby to Canada that is born abroad

Dear all!
Can anyone help us in this regard. We landed in Canada on 28th July. We returned to Pakistan without collecting out PR cards,due to unavoidable reasons. My daughter was born in Pakistan. Myself, my husband and 2 kids are PR now.
Can anyone suggest how to bring my youngest baby to Canada.
Any helpful suggestions are welcome.

You will need to sponsor the child for PR. As PRs, you cannot apply for sponsorship from abroad; the sponsoring parent must be residing in Canada throughout the entire sponsorship process.

You can apply for a TRV for the child. If that's refused, you can try for a TRP. If that's refused, then the child will need to remain in your country until the PR app is approved.

Thanks Canuck_in_uk. Can you further guide what documents i need to sponsor her? I am planning to apply for a Travel Document to go back to Canada. Do i need to show my pay stubs, tax and banks statements to show that i can financially support her in Canada? How long does the procedure take?

There is no minimum financial requirement to sponsor a dependent child.
Processing time will depend on how busy the visa office is, but I would guess 6-12 months.

As Rob said, there is no minimum income requirement.

Dependent children apps are generally processed faster than spousal apps. It will probably be about 6-8 months.

You have no H&C grounds.

If sponsoring parent is a PR, they must be in Canada to submit the app, and must remain residing in Canada during entire processing time. They could just leave Canada for short/temporary vacations.

You can't apply from Pakistan. One of the parents must be physically in Canada in order to apply and must remain in Canada while the application is being processed.

Yes there is an impact. If you apply while in Pakistan the app will be rejected since you aren't residing in Canada.
