They charge $1200 for 2BR fully furnished, if you know which area you want to live then do a search in google for service apartments, but pl note they will be very costly as I mentioned earlier, the service apartments are not good choice for new immigirants who does not have job in hand , even if someone has then why to spend so much ]

Best bet would be go for apartments they have better security arrangements. If you want rent with some homeowner, that will again have some safety. Every community have schools and hospitals which are easily apporachable. Food store and other shops are always there in each community]
