I finally have everything I need and now am assembling my package to go out to CPC-M. My question is - do you just make one big stack and send it out, or should I include labels that correspond to the numbers on the document checklist?
Also, the document checklist has sponsor forms, applicant's forms, sponsor's support documents, applicant's support documents, but the Appendix A checklist has applicant's forms and support documents all together. Which should I follow?
Should I stick my pictures that support my relationship in a ziplock bag? Also, should I label them? - I just wrote brief descriptions on the back. What about my PR pics - do they go in a bag ?
I created a table of contents, labelled everything and also divided it up into sections. If you put your pictures in a ziploc back, I would put a label on it. Good luck.

I organised it this way, Sponsor Documents, Applicaant Documents, Supporting Documents, Pictures, in clear slip envelopes with labels and the pictures labeled on the back who is in each picture and where it was. I used paperclips for things that belonged together pages 1-4 example. Any extra pages that were continuation of answers I labeled the question with what form is was relating to. The applicant pictures I put in the little envelope they came in paper clipped to the form with the square. (Some regions ask for the name and DOB on the back of one be aware of that) On top of each section was the checklist and on top of all of the package was a cover letter.
Hope that helps!
Thats the region specific checklist for the applicant, if something is not applicable to your situation not being asked in your region specific checklist just right N/A but make sure it really isn't. It's like a general checklist on the sponsor side and the specific instructions for the applicant because essentially its the applicant that should be filling these files and getting the documents to be sent to the sponsor. Hope that helps
