If you go through the 'Come to Canada' wizard + the Visa office instructions, all your queries will be answered.
5. No, the application does NOT ask for your IT returns. Your parents must submit their IT returns.
6. It does not matter that you are staying in Québec. Your parents must apply to IRCC for a TRV i.e. visitor visa application made outside Canada IMM 5257
Do go through the 'Come to Canada' wizard as if your parents are filing the application, not you

Hi Bryanna,
I need your help to apply TRV for my in-laws.
Me and my husband are PR in canada, and I am here since 2014. My husband is currently employed in usa. We want to apply for my in-laws TRV. Is it good idea if I write invitation letter without mentioning my husbands employment in USA?
Any help is really appreciated,
FYI, there canada visitor visa was refused in 2013 and now we want to try again and this time one at time - first for my father-in-law only.
Thanks,

It's not a good idea because your in-laws must provide the details and addresses of all immediate family members, including your husband, in the Family Information Form. So, his US address would immediately show up.
You can invite your in-laws (without your husband). But, do include a copy of your marriage certificate
