Yes you will find all the required information and application kit at the cic 's website which Scylla has already mentioned further more you can also check VFS global's website: http://www.vfsglobal.ca/canada/pakistan/
on the website you will find all steps involved in applying TRV.

and contact Canada Visa Application Centre helpline (Helpline number: +92-51-8439344) talk to the agent in Urdu and English whichever you like.
