How to apply TRV outside with valid Post Graduate Work Permit

Hope you all are doing great. Guys i am in trouble now, my Temporary Resident Visa(TRV) is going to be expired soon and i am currently outside Canada. I want to know how to apply Temporary Resident Visa(TRV) outside Canada with valid PGWP.
