How to Apply PR for Wife (Inland PR)

Hi,

How to apply the Permanent residence to the wife in following scenario?

Scenario:
1. I currently holds the valid permanent residence in canada from 2014
2. I got married to the girl in my home country who received the Student Visa to Canada
3. We have registered our marriage Legally
3. After my marriage my wife came to Canada and joined in college in Toronto on on Student Visa
4. I live in different place in Canada and continuing my job.
5. Now question is how i can apply for Permanent residence for my wife now since we both are staying in different places in Canada? under what category she is eligible to apply for PR?

You need to be living together to apply for PR through the inland process. You need to sponsor her via the outland route instead.

As you are a PR in Canada, you can sponsor your wife for PR. Because you are not living together in Canada, you cannot apply inland, and must apply outland.
