How do I apply Outland Common Law while residing in Canada? Do I check on the checklist to Apply under Family Class, while residing in Canada? If not, which option?

You apply as you normally would outland regardless of where you are, there's just no work permit option.

Was just checking the form to be sure but yes what you put above is right. Family class in Canada.

Yes that's what we did on a visitor visa
