How to apply online for Syrian refuge visa to Canada ? pleas help ..

Hi..

I am Syrian Engineer and I have travelled from Syria about 9 months ago to Kuwait as a visitor ..
I can't stay in Kuwait as a visitor more time and I don't want comeback to Syria .

How to apply online to Syrian refuge visa ??

Is a refuge visa better for my case or skilled worker ? Maby study permit better ? I am computer engineer.

You can't apply for refugee status directly. You either need to be referred by an organization like UNHCR or sponsored by a private sponsorship group. More information here:

I think it's very unlikely a study permit would be approved.
