How to apply for SWOP of my husband and visa for my child at the same time?

Hello,

I got approved my student visa application on 3rd April. Now I want to apply for a open work permit for my spouse and at the same time for my 2 years old son.
My husband created his own CIC profile in order to submit his application. He got the docs checklist and everything seems good.
The questions is how I should apply for my son? I think I must submit his own TRV application, but I am not sure how I can do this online. I tried to create a profile for him using my personal account, but I am getting errors when answering the question:
"Are you travelling with a parent who does not have full legal custody of you?"

The right answer is "No", but the system detect an error:

"Sorry
This on-line service is currently not available.
Possible reasons::

1. We are currently updating this Web site.
2. We are experiencing technical difficulties.

Please try again later."

I have also sign up for a new profile and the same error shows up. I am pretty sure it is not system error here, as I keep doing this for 2 weeks. (trying daily).

What I am doing wrong?

Please advice me how can I submit the online application for my husband and my child at the same time?

Please help!!! It's quite urgent!

The system is probably updating overnight.

Thanks for your reply... But I keep trying this for 2 weeks. If my husband changes something on his profile the system is working well. If I want to move forward on my child's profile, every time I am getting error at the question:

Are you travelling with a parent who does not have full legal custody of you?
