Could anyone help me how to apply online to designated employer for jobs under AIPP.

If you read through the various provincial sites there will be lists of employers participating.

Being on the list is not an indicator they have vacancies so you would need to check the various job sites to apply , cross checking the employer is on the list. Not sure there is an online job portal specific to AIPP just the standard job portals.

Please only call the employers that coincide with your skills. Most employers have received thousands of calls and emails when they don’t even have any current vacancies.

Optometrist is a licensed profession. Attached is the licensing process for Nova Scotia. Most optometrists are self employed, and set up their own practice.

Do you have an Express Entry profile? What stream - I assume EE or skilled worker. You need to apply to positions in Nova Scotia and get a job offer offer. If the employer isn’t designated then they need to start the process. You are in a licensed profession so it will be diffficult and as mentioned most optometrists are self employed, and don’t work in health care centres. Why aren’t you foucsing on immigrating through Express Entry where you don’t need a job offer?

No I can’t and no one here can for you. You must do your own job search. Again you need to look at licensing requirements for your profession.
