How to Apply for Extension of Visitor Visa Online?

I looked at the process and they say I need to create an account / sign in and apply online but when I sign in, the only options to start a new application are for (1) Apply to come to Canada, (2) Refugees, (3)Citizenship or (4)Students

And when I click on Apply to Come to Canada, it takes me to a questionnaire and after filling in the details, it assumes its a new Spousal PR application and asks me to apply on paper.

Where do I go for applying for an extension?

Assuming you are already in Canada see here and if Online doesnt work for you apply on papar

The above process is to extend stay if already in Canada , you cannot extend an actual TRV if outside of Canada you would need apply from scratch.
