How to apply for bridging visa

Hi guys,

I've received my AOR and I need to apply for a BOWP in order to get implied status before my current visa runs out.
I know I'm eligible for it, I just don't know HOW to actually apply for it? Where do I start?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
