Hello,
I have a valid post graduate work permit until May 2017 and my my student visa had expired in July 2016. I had to travel to India unaware of the fact that the work permit is considered as a travel document. Now that I am in India I need a Visa to re enter Canada. Could so please guide me how to apply for the TRV with a valid work permit so that I can re-enter Canada.
