How to amend study permit

Can anyone please tell me how to apply for amendment of my study permit. In my permit it is stated not allowed to work off campus but I meet all the criteria to work off campus. I am new to Canada and if I can't work it will be tough for me to survive. I have my tution fee ready but my living expenses I have to earn it by working.
