Thanks to anyone who takes the time to read this. Really appreciate any help you can give.
I can't find quoted anywhere regarding if (hopefully) my spousal visa is approved how long do i have to enter the country, do i have to go immediately, within 6 months or 12 months etc?
I'm just thinking about the logistics of readying my life to move, but wouldn't want to start until it was approved and could take a little time!
I think your CORP will have an expired date and you must land before that date. The date is according to your medical expiry date or passport expiry date which ever comes first. This could be anything from a month to a year from what i have heard. It is really difficult to know much time Exactly

Thanks very much for your quick reply. That makes it rather difficult to plan! I have read that you can land as an immigrant and then return home and if you haven't received the permanent residence card by the time you want to leave you can apply for a permanent resident travel document for a single use return. Hopefully it'll be longer than a month!
