How PGWP applicant/holder enter Canada in COVID situation without job offer

Hello Friends,

I need your advice/solutions. I have applied for my PGWP from inside Canada and I want to travel to my home country for a couple of months and want to come back to Canada for a job search. However, in the current situation, I see it is not possible unless we hold a job offer letter. Does anyone know how we can enter Canada even we don't have a job offer letter?

Does anyone in the past enter? Can you share your views/experience/solution?

I believe many students who are recently graduated must be facing the same problem. This thread will help all those students. So kindly reply

It is have a job offer OR show you normally live in Canada. So you can show your rental/lease, utility/cell phone bills, car ownership, bank accounts to show that you have been living in Canada.

Thank you for your reply. Does it mean that we need to show only the respective (rental/lease, utility/cell phone bills, car ownership, bank accounts ) documents and border officer will allow you to enter? Or one has to write some letter to irccc or something like that?

Read the link for outside Canada. It is easier if you have a job offer and still at the discretion of IRCC and border services. So if you can show you have been paying on a rental for a year, have credit card bills and paying utilities, you should be allowed into Canada. Now this can change tomorrow.
