How much time for SDS applicants to receive PPR after biometrics and medical update?

I have my biometrics appointment in late January. So does medical update happen only after biometrics for SDS applicants.

Will GCMS notes help about knowing any results of medical exam?

Biometric appointment times do matter.

If you come under two stage it happens only after biometrics and only in rare cases the meds update without biometrics.

Also, you may loose your queueing stance, if you give them too late.

Going to Dubai for biometrics will not be possible. And I know some people who went to Dubai for biometrics two months ago and still have not received PPR. This is all nothing but a convoluted mess going on with SDS applicants.

By the way , you can expect OPR instantly after biometrics only if you previously had your medicals passed if not it will be delayed. Giving biometrics in another country has little scope if your medicals are not passed prior, however it may still help.

Don't think so, there are still people waiting for a slot who availed on Nov 25th within India.

Hi, Is it normal for applicants in two step process to have their medicals updated before biometrics? Cause no one is getting medical update who applied in July or Aug. But i got them updated a month before biometrics. Was it supposed to get updated?

It's not normal compared to the majority's trend but its a good thing.

I have given my Biometrics at VFS center dubai on 22 November 2020, but I have not received PPR yet. My medicals are updated and eligibility is under review status.
When can I expect PPR?

If medicals were updated post biometrics then it should take somewhat near the usual processing time on the online tool based on the trend and may end up getting the decision even quicker since you are high up on the queue (bio in Nov).

My medical is also updated before biometric. I submitted my application in Nov 2020. Medical updated on 11Jan 2021 and Biometric on 18 Jan 2021 AIP on 19 Jan 2021.
