How much time after medical test is required

Hi!

I have applied for work permit from New Delhi and gone through medical test.
How much time it will take from now on to receive final visa ???

For me it was like 2-3 weeks. I think they ask for 3 weeks after the medical.They asked for an interview from me and hence i took a date for 3 weeks from date when my medical test day.
