My uncle showed CAD $2000 for 1 week stay, and his application got rejected. He showed all his payslips (1 year), house papers, proper travel history, and correct and detailed information in the invitation letter. Still not accepted.

How much should we show.
 
An applicant must not borrow money for the visa application + the bank balance should match his/her known sources of income.

CAD 2000 is on the low side..... because this amount is inadequate for a week's visit + airfare
