How much for open work permit for Spousal Sponsorship, please help

Hello,

I am confused. I am almost done with my application. I am the principal applicant (spouse in-land), and have to pay the fee for the open work permit. There seem to be two options. One that says "Work permit (including extensions) – per person", fee CAD 155, and the other that says "Open work permit holder" for CAD 100. Am I supposed to pay both, or just one of them? Thanks!
