HOW MANY YEARS IT WOULD BE COUNTED

Hi ,i f anyone has done job one year continuosly for example june 2005 to june 2006 okk then his next job of same job responsiblity starts fron august 2006 to june 2007 ,then he switches with same responsilty of job fom september 2007 to july 2008 ,then another job from septhember 2008 to till date then how much experience point he got like 1 year+11 months +11 months +6 months ,what would be his point ,all the job is in same lcategory from beginning to end ,kindly reply plzz thanks and takecare

when we fill up the experience letter form we need to mention month also.

so they will know that you have worked for 11 months and that period will be obviously counted.

but as per minimum required you must have 1 year experience under 38 job list either in one employment or 2 employment.

as it is no where mentioned that you need 1 year experience at 1 place only.

right now your experience will be counted for 3 years.
