How many times can i ask for ATIP note?

I applied for VISA Study on January 8th. Waiting time on CIC website for Iranians is 14 weeks, so I won't be allowed to fill Web Form before 14 weeks passed from my submit time.

Since I have got no updates, no additional letters request, and Background Check in my profile stays on "Not applicable", I would like to ask for ATIP note.

But I'm worried that if request ATIP note now, I won't be able to request it once again later if my application process takes too much time.

How many times am I allowed to request ATIP note?

The first one but are you doing it yourself?? You need to have a canadian status to place this order. You cant do it yourself.

You sure about the first option? Because it seems that it gives a report about the reasons for refusal, while the second gives report about your application in general. Right now, I have not got the result of my application, I just wanna know in what stage my process is.

I know someone in Canada, he might be able to do it for me. But I need to tell him what options exactly he should select. If I can't ask him to do that, so I'll go to the third party that you introduced me.

The second option is to get the copies of all the documents that you submitted along with your application. Also the copies of any communication with the visa office. You cant track with this option.
