How many points for bachelor's degree(4 yrs) and diploma (2yrs)

Hi,

I have 2 bachelor degrees. I had my credentials evaluated by wes

1st degree: candadian equivalency -Bachelor's degree (4yrs)
2nd degree: completion of secondary school education and diploma (2yrs)


How many points will i get. Quite confused if 22 or 21 pts only

As per immigration guideline
Two or more post-secondary program credentials AND at least one of these credentials is for the completion of a post-secondary program of three years or longer 22
Post-secondary program credential of three years or longer 21
