i think it is 14. check the guide. to get high proficiency ( scores 4 in each category) in the first language, you should get at least listening - 7.5, reading - 6.5, writing - 6.5; and speaking - 6.5. in your case, you will only get a score of 2 for listening, the rests, 4 each.

Should I take IELTS again or not???
Thanks.
14 Points....Listening must be 7.5 to get the perfect score of 4.
If you think it will help you to have higher points then take it again. But if your points is sufficient to have 67 or more why take it again, just my five cents though. The decision is still yours.
All the best,
Irene
