How many education points?

Hello,

How many points as below

1) 10th Class
2) 12 Class----------- 12 years.
3) Bachelor Degree - 3 years.

Is that 22 points??

As stated in CHC website if

Obtained a university degree of two years or more at the bachelor’s level and completed at least 14 years of full-time or full-time equivalent studies=====> Then it is 20 points


but

Obtained a three-year diploma, trade certificate or apprenticeship (other than university) and completed at least 15 years of full-time or full-time equivalent studies====> Then it is 22 points


I have 15 years (12 school + 3 years of bachelors degree) of education so would i get 22 points? or 20 points?
