How Long...

We submitted the initial Application in Dec 2009, But did not include any evidence as we were waiting for Photos and other bits of info to come available such as Wifes NOA's etc.

Now the Date was Feb 2010 when everything was provided with the application.

This week i received a letter from CPC-Vegreville as that was were we applied from (In-Land).

The letter was saying they approved my wife to be my Sponsor.

I still have not got my AIP and they did not transfer my case yet to my local office.

Question is what is the next Step as i am getting confused responses including from my Lawyer. Please any help would be great

You wait for the letter from Vegreville, with or without first level approval and notice of the office that it was forwarded too. Until you have that, there is nothing you can do.
