how long will it take to get passport back ?

My mother sent her passport to new york to be stamped . it is two weeks but she didn't get her passport back . does anybody know how long will it take to get it back?

have you received any updates yet? Did your mother receive her passport back yet? I am trying to get a feel of how long does it take for Canadian consulate in New York to get the passport back.
