How long will it take for the immigration procedure at the airport?

I will be landing in Vancouver but my final destination is Toronto. I have 1.5 hours between 2 flights.

Question:
Will I submit my documents to immigration officer at Vancouver or Toronto?
Is it enough time to get through all the immigration stuff?

From the experience of previous landing members, usually doesnt take long at the desk, but queues might be long. Hope someone will help you with similar previous pathways. Good luck

If you haven't already booked a flight, I would recommend you to go for a different route or longer transit time in Toronto.
