How long to get open work permit while doing Inland sponsorship?

I'm going to sponsor my wife Inland she currently has no status in canada we are in ontario does anyone know how long it will take for the open work permit to come and how long after applying for PR would she be eligible for a heath card

First she needs AOR after submitting PR application which can take 4-6 months. Then she applies for SOWP which can take another 4-6 months. She will probably be PR before she gets work permit. As for health card, look at rules for province living in.

I believe that either she can restore her status or she needs to wait till the sponsorship application reach AIP to apply for OWP.
