Just wondering when submitting the documents, how long of the pay stub should be provided? Half year? 1 year? Or since the day I started working? Thank you!!

If you are applying under FSW, there is no requirement to provide pay stubs. But, if you are planning to include Pay stubs, then you should include the pay stubs of the last month and of when you joined. If you have been working at the same place for a long time, then you can include pay stubs of the last 2 years (Every third month, but make sure you include pay stubs of the last month before you apply. )

Yes, I know this. I mean should I provide all 12 months if I worked for a year, or like you said the first month plus the last month pay stub is good enough? Sorry about this many questions @legalfalcon

Paystubs are not mandatory, regardless of which class. If you have Canadian experience, it is best to provide the T4 and/or NOA - if you have those, you don't really need paystubs. If you are still working in Canada, one or two recent paystubs are good to include.
Paystubs are good supporting documents in certain circumstances, such as when the preferred documents are not available, etc. If you happen to earn an hourly wage instead of a salary, or if you work part-time or work variable hours, then paystubs are good to include for proof of hours.

If the work experience is in Canada, proof may include copies of T4 tax information slips and notices of assessment issued by the Canada Revenue Agency (the time period for these documents should reflect the work experience timeframe [e.g., work experience from 2006 to 2008 requires only documents from those calendar years]).
T4 and NOA are important. You do not need pay stubs. If you want, provide the first and the last one onlt. T4 and NOA is the most legal documents in Canada which proof work experience.
