How long it would take from this time

My husband is Canadian PR; He applied for sponsorship visa we received the following message on CIC. Is there anyone have any idea how long it would take from this point;

1-We received your application for permanent residence on January 29, 2014.
2- We started processing your application on June 2,2014.
3-Medical results have been received.

I t depends on which country you applied from, or if you applied in land, know one really knows, it depends on a lot of things....
