I submitted my passport collection form last Thursday and got a confirmation email and AWB number on the same day itself. However, I haven't been contacted by anyone for the pick-up of my passport (also, how would they be contacting me to attempt a pick-up?)
I tried calling VFS too but they've been of no help at all!
Could anyone help me with this and if theres anything I can do about it? Thank you so much.
