How long does OINP Employer Pre screening process Gonna take!? Job off stream

Guys, My Employer submitted the prescreening application on Sept, 22, 2015 and received file number on Oct 15th, 2015. We received the call from OINP office in November, 2015 to ask if my employer still supporting the application. Then, on April, 22, 2016, they called us and email to inform us to send them My Diploma and the Job description to them. I am wondering when will they contact us again or sent out joint application package to us?

Thanks you! I am afraid that i dont have enough time to wait for its approval.. I am considering to try dual intent LMIA which is reportedly faster and I can apply for the work permit at the same time, but I also heard the LMIA has low approval rate.
