Hi all

I was working for Canadian business overseas for more than 5 years and I applied to renew my PR card. I filled in RQ and submitted back in Feb but my case is still in process. Does anyone know how long this usually takes or at least what steps do they follow? Do they always call for an interview after RQ or is it up to them to decide?
