OK so I am pretty lost here, I have yet to hear about whether my study permit application got approved or not. I am an applicant from Bhutan and all my visa work is being done in New Delhi, and I had to fly all the way there to give my biometrics. The processing time is almost up and I was wondering if I got approved,
1. The visa stamping is done at a VAC correct?
2. How long does it take to get it stamped?
2. How do I pick up my passport? Is there a way for the VAC in New Delhi to get it delivered to Bhutan?
